14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions and the shipping address. Items returned without prior notification cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products to Plumi Sportswear. These costs include all shipping and handling fees.

Damaged Items or Problems with Your Order
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will investigate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Exceptions / Items that cannot be returned
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), personalized items (custom-made or individually crafted items), and personal care products (cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchange
The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you received and place a new order after the return has been accepted.

Notwithstanding the above provisions, if your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As mentioned previously, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
